Job Description
ADNOC is hiring a Manager, Corporate Affairs to support leadership in managing communications, board meetings, and executive updates for ADNOC Group Companies. This role involves coordinating internal reports, summarizing key points for leadership, and making sure important decisions and actions are followed up properly.
Key Responsibilities
Board & Executive Meetings Support
- Review and analyze reports on safety, financials, operations, projects, and HR for ADNOC Group Company Board meetings.
- Work with teams to gather and summarize key points for leadership.
- Suggest leadership responses to board resolutions.
- Make sure meeting minutes accurately reflect actions and decisions.
- Help prepare and submit documents for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
- Draft briefing notes for the Chairman and to support other high-level matters.
Governance and Process Management
- Ensure proper documentation and processes in the Executive Office.
- Maintain records of policies, standards, and governance workflows.
Team Supervision and Budgeting
- Lead and support your team to meet targets.
- Train staff to improve their performance.
- Help create and manage budgets for your department.
Policy & Performance
- Follow ADNOC’s approved policies and ensure others do the same.
- Suggest new tools to improve operations and efficiency.
Health, Safety, and Reporting
- Follow ADNOC’s health, safety, and environmental rules.
- Contribute to sustainability and best practices.
- Provide regular reports on progress and tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Corporate Affairs or Corporate Support, including: 5+ years in a top consulting firm (preferably Big Four) & 6+ years in a managerial position.
Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with senior executives and government officials.
Preferred Certifications
- Business Administration, General Management, or Finance certification (preferred).
Working Relationships
- Internal: Frequent communication with directors, board secretaries, VPs, and senior staff across ADNOC.
- External: Contact with outside organizations as required.
