Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Manager to lead our company’s IT operations and ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient functioning of all systems and networks. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in networking, CCTV, PBX systems, and IT support. The selected candidate will manage our complete IT infrastructure, provide user support, and drive continuous improvements in our tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network & System Management
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, VLANs, switches, and firewalls
• Administer VMware environments, ensuring system uptime and stability
• Resolve connectivity issues across local and remote offices

CCTV & PBX Systems:

• Install, configure, and manage CCTV systems
• Maintain PBX systems (Yeastar preferred), including advanced call routing

IT Support & Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily hardware/software issues
• Perform routine updates, backups, and system maintenance
• Provide remote support using cloud-based tools and remote desktop solutions

Planning & Coordination

• Work with management to align the IT strategy with business goals
• Document IT procedures, assets, licenses, and configurations
• Liaise with vendors and external service providers as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT management or a senior IT support position
• Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, firewalls) and VMware
• Experience with CCTV and PBX systems (Yeastar is a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience)
• Benefits: Visa sponsorship and medical insurance as per UAE labor law

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in the UAE. Remote or hybrid working is not available.
• Candidates must be prepared to work from the designated office location.
