Job Description:
IFA Hotels & Resorts is looking for a full-time Accountant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will help manage company finances, keep financial records correct, and prepare important financial reports. You will also support audits and give helpful financial information to managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and organize daily financial transactions
- Create and review journal entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Help with budgets and forecasts
- Check financial data to find errors or differences
- Follow UAE financial laws and company policies
- Work with auditors and provide needed documents
- Keep track of bank statements, accounts payable and receivable
- Use financial software and Excel to manage reports
- Give financial advice to help company decisions
- Improve financial systems when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must speak Tagalog fluently (native-level)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- CPA certificate is a plus
- Experience as an Accountant (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules and reports
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good at problem-solving and paying attention to details
